Dele is a Commercial Contracts and Procurement Professional with over 30 years’ experience with in the Construction Industry. Dele has had the opportunity to work on major and giga projects in the UK, North Africa, and the Middle East. Dele i s a multi-gifted motivational speaker and a Social Entrepreneur, Dele has used his expertise to serve as a certified coach, mentor, and inspirational leader for many young generational leaders around the world. Dele currently acts as Chairman for the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC RICS). For the last 15 years Dele has been a counsellor and mentor for potential Chartered Surveyors and has seen many become successful Chartered Surveyors. Finally, Dele is a Global Ambassador for RICS Lionheart and former Non- Executive Director of RICS Standard and Regulations Board.

A Chartered Accountant (FCCA), Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and a Macroeconomist with over 23 years’ experience in various sectors across Africa (Nigeria), Europe (UK, Luxembourg, and Channel Islands), and the Caribbean (Cayman Islands). The last 15 years in the hedge fund, private equity, and the private banking space. Niyi's experience cuts across financial reporting, IT projects, financial markets, risk, and economic policy analysis.

Ajibade is a fellow Certified Chartered Accountant and a Treasurer, with over 3 decades experience in financial reporting, regulatory change, project management, financial controls and treasury management. Throughout his career to date, he has operated across multiple cultures and matrix organization. A global citizen having worked and held management positions with various financial institutions in London, Jersey, Guernsey and Luxembourg. With +20 years post ACCA qualification and experience in Banking and the Alternative Investment industry, Ajibade have developed wealth of knowledge, build strong network and relationships with professional colleagues across Europe and APAC. He frequently participates in International forum debating issues concerning Africa and providing independent advice to multinational development organisations, NGOs, private investors and financial institutions. Ajibade Key focus and interest are; Facilitation and fostering of trades & Investment opportunities between Africa and Europe, and the alleviation of poverty in sub Sahara Africa particularly the suffering of children.
